Paint Your Photo is operated by Paintable Pictures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It does not govern a retailer or other business from which you may have received a product or access code.

• Service information: Product and access information, design identifiers, and choices you make while creating a design

• Create, store, preview, and deliver your paint-by-number design

4. Your Uploaded Images

We use automated image-processing tools to turn your photo into a personalized paint-by-number design. To do this, uploaded images may be transmitted to cloud computing and machine-learning service providers that process them on our behalf.

These providers are used to deliver our service. They are not authorized by us to use your images for their own advertising, their own products, or model training.

We do not sell your uploaded images or use them in marketing without your permission. Authorized personnel may review an image when reasonably needed to answer a support request, investigate misuse or a security issue, comply with law, or maintain the service.

5. When We Share Information

We may disclose information to:

• Cloud hosting, storage, image-processing, and security providers
• Email, customer-support, and service-operations providers
• Analytics and performance providers, using limited technical and usage information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

We keep uploaded images, generated designs, contact information, and related records for as long as reasonably needed to provide or redeliver the service, handle support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and why we keep it.

You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited records when required by law, needed for security or dispute resolution, or stored in backups that are removed through the normal backup cycle.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use browser storage and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember progress and choices, measure how the service is used, and find performance or security problems. We do not intentionally send the contents of uploaded photos or support messages to analytics providers.
